Come hear Debra Pritchard, PCV in the Philippines, share about her work with upgrading the local critical care and trauma medicine facilities and training on Palawan. Palawan is an island of the Philipppines with a population of less than 1 million people. Debra is currently awaiting her return to the Philippines at the end of the summer.
