Please join us for West African live music, food and drink at Bissap Baobab Village on Sunday, August 26th, from 6-10pm. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Red Cross in Mali, where organizers Peter Todd and myself served from 2005-2007.

Since March 2012, there has been a military coup and a takeover in the north by radical islamists, resulting in a stream of refugees fleeing from harsh rule in the north.
