Dig out your old Peace Corps cookbook and prepare your best peanut sauce recipe...or feel free to wow us with your own recipe and culinary skill. Peanut sauces and their variations are a common staple in Peace Corps experiences around the globe. Join us as we celebrate peanut sauces from many regions and compete for the title of most delicious. Though originally conceived by the RPCVs of Benin, recent winners have included Cote d'Ivoire and Suriname, and it's time for a new champion!
If you are a better taster than chef, join us and bring a side dish, salad, or dessert. In your RSVP, please let us know what you will be bringing. The party begins at 6pm and judging will be at 7:30pm.
Free for NorCal PCA members; $5 for non-members. Due to space limitations, the max number of attendees is 35.
