All local Monterey Bay RPCVs are welcome to join the NorCal PCA board after their annual retreat in Aptos for a beach party & potluck. Come to 118 Venetian Road at Rio del Mar beach in Aptos between 2-5 pm and bring something to eat and/or drink. (It will be the first sunset after the time changes!)
