NorCalPCA is working to advocate for and sponsor legislation that would wave the residency requirement for RPCVs. We believe RPCVs deserve to be exempt from the residency requirement just as military personnel are exempt, and to pay in-state tuition rates. In this regard, we are seeking stories from California RPCVs who went to some type of graduate school post-service and were denied in-state tuition due to their years serving abroad.
