Join us on Friday, December 5th for the Countdown to Glow, when they “flip the switch” to turn on the Ferry Building, one of a collection of breathtaking animated projections that illuminate eight iconic buildings across the city’s core nightly from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM, over the course of 10 nights, from 12/5 thru 12/14. The eight buildings will be transformed into colossal, colorful canvases featuring work by 19 artists from around the globe.
After the Countdown, we will move on to the After Glow, a free, one-night celebration at the Ferry Building South Plaza on December 5, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm. There, we’ll enjoy festive holiday music, complimentary hot beverages from local merchants, and a silent disco. It’s the perfect pre- or post-countdown celebration, before we wandering out to explore the other eight illuminated landmarks across downtown.
We have 10 spots reserved for our group, but that’s only because that’s the limit of a single reservation.
