Volunteer with us at Martin De Porres House of Hospitality (Potrero Ave. in SF between 15th & 16th St).
Martin de Porres House of Hospitality is a local soup kitchen that provides services, meals, and community to those in need. The pandemic & an aging population have thinned Martin’s volunteer base, and this wonderful organization is looking for new volunteers! They serve daily lunch and breakfast, and have openings for many roles – prep, cook, service, & clean up. Since Martin’s is a small organization, you get to know many of the folks on both sides of the counter. It is a positive, supportive community.
