Come and watch (or participate) in Halloween festivities in Santa Cruz. We will find a spot in Abbott Square to hang out. Costumes encouraged, but not necessary. Parking can be tricky, so you may want to arrive early and carpool. The closet parking garage is located on Locust and Front Street.
